- Correspondence when you email, call, or WhatsApp us.
- Payment details if you become a client — processed by our payment partners; we do not store card data.

- Landing page, referring URL, pages viewed, session duration.
- UTM parameters, GCLID, FBCLID, GA4 client ID — when you arrive from a marketing campaign.

6. How long we keep your data
- Prospect enquiry data: up to 24 months after last contact.
- Client contract data: for the contract term + 7 years (statutory retention).
- Marketing analytics: aggregated / anonymized after 26 months.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@aiassistants.in. We respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in the email or by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, at-rest encryption for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on the website. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
